Florida Attorneys Specializing in Education Law, Family Law, and Criminal Law
At the Arnold Law Firm, we are a team of lawyers focused on representing clients in the areas of education law, family law, and criminal law.
Our education law practice is devoted primarily to representing public charter schools throughout the State of Florida. We represent schools throughout Florida and Georgia from our main office in Jacksonville. We are preferred vendors of legal services to the Florida Consortium of Public Charter Schools, and our experience in all aspects of education law spans more than a decade. The Arnold Law Firm has also represented private schools and post-secondary institutions on a number of legal matters.
The education law team is led by Shawn Arnold and Melissa Gross-Arnold, who are Board Certified in Education Law by the Florida Bar Association. Our education law team provides our clients with extensive knowledge, capabilities and experience relating to schools and the laws applicable to them, including compliance with the Public Records Act and Florida Sunshine Laws. Our attorneys have represented clients before the District Courts of Appeal, the Florida Charter School Appeal Commission and the Florida State Board of Education, and have served as mediators on behalf of the Florida Department of Education.
