We are experienced trial attorneys and have successfully litigated several multiple-day jury trials.
While many attorneys may be capable to file a case, it takes a knowledgeable and experienced attorney to actually take a case to trial. The truth is that many attorneys either lack the experience or nerve to actually take a case to trial. Trial work is difficult and requires skill. Not every attorney is capable to do trial work.
Most cases that are filed in this country are settled before trial. At Arnold Law Firm, LLC, we know how to settle cases and to negotiate the best possible resolution for our clients. However, we also take cases to trial.
“Going to trial” does not mean filing a complaint and then working to get a case settled. It involves filing a complaint, setting a case for trial, selecting a jury and then getting a verdict.
At Arnold Law Firm, LLC, our attorneys have experience with the following:
- Multiple cases in which the amount at issue exceeds $100,000 and trials in cases in which the amount at issue exceeded $1,000,000;
- Contract Litigation Defense jury verdict in which the Plaintiff received $0 in a case in which the Plaintiff sought damages amount at issue exceeded $1,200,000
- Multiple cases in which attorney fee awards exceeded $100,000, which resulted when the Court ordered that the “other side” was forced to pay our attorneys’ fees.
