As a prosecutor with the Fourth Judicial Circuit in Florida, our Jacksonville law firm's founder, Shawn Arnold, tried 35 cases as the first chair and earned convictions for defendants tried for offenses such as DUI, possession of cocaine, grand theft auto, armed kidnapping, battery on a law enforcement officer and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. On the other side of the aisle, Mr. Arnold has earned recognition from the Florida Bar as a Board Certified Criminal Trial Attorney. Of the more than 80,000 members of the Florida Bar, just over 300 have this designation. In the courtroom, Mr. Arnold has won trials involving charges such as robbery, armed possession of cocaine, possession of a concealed firearm, resisting an officer without violence and possession of marijuana.

Attorney John Leombruno began his career with the Public Defender's office, trying 17 cases as a first chair, with wins in cases involving DUI, Disorderly Conduct, Armed Robbery, and Lewd and Lascivious behavior. Mr. Leombruno also applies his skills in the Arnold Law Firm’s Family Law cases.
